We are NSW Waste Removal, a company registered in Scotland under company number SC492205 and with our registered office at 48 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP. 

QUOTES & PRICES

Prices are all inclusive, meaning what we quote you is what you will pay. There are no hidden fees or charges. Quotes will be valid for 30 calendar days from date of issue unless we notify you in writing that we have withdrawn it during this period.

If you are paying by card, full payment must clear in our account at least the day before we are due to collect your waste.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHARGES

If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please give us at least 24 hours notice. We are always happy to rebook the job for a later date without a penalty fee as we understand your circumstances can change. 

PROVISION OF SERVICES

Unless we are prevented from doing so by a Force Majeure Event (for example a heavy snow storm, riot or something else out of our control), we will provide services with reasonable care and skill. Should we need to, we will inform you to arrange a revised removal date as soon as reasonably possible.

You confirm that you have the full authority for us to collect and dispose of the rubbish. You shall indemnify us from and against any cost or expense we suffer or incur from any third party as a result of your not having the authority for us to clear the rubbish.

If we detect or suspect there may be any asbestos or other hazardous or dangerous substances or materials on site we may immediately vacate the premises, and will not be responsible for further collection and disposal. In such event, you shall still be fully liable to pay for our services in full.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NSH Waste Removal are fully insured to carry out the jobs we agree to undertake.
